War Crimes Prosecutors Have Worldwide CIA E-mail, Identifying Info
The war crimes prosecutors -- lawfully targeting alleged war criminals in the CIA and Abraxas, for their alleged complicity with war crimes -- have the names and contact information of the personnel involved in the CIA Rendition.
The Americans are not being cooperative in supporting the rendition trials. Unfortunately, what the CIA and Abraxas did not expect their entire e-mail system, and overseas message traffic, would be intercepted: All CIA agents names, connected with Abraxas e-mails, are known to the war crimes prosecutors.

Anyone who refuses to cooperate with a war crimes investigation, or destroys evidence related to the Abraxas-CIA nexus could lawfully be prosecuted for war crimes. It does not matter what type of non-disclosure agreement you have. All agreements to remain silent about war crimes evidence is not enforceable. You have a superior obligation and duty to enforce the laws of war, not allow additional war crimes.
Remind the Americans that their entire network of CIA personnel worldwide, as intercepted through the Abraxas e-mail and connected to the classified Intel Link system, can been penetrated through a lawful subpoeana. Also, all SWIFT-related requests indirectly associated with Abraxas-connected personnel can be introduced as evidence.
If the Americans do not wish to have their 28 agents lawfully extradited to Milan for trial, there is nothing stopping others from lawfully seizing all the Abraxas communications going into and out of the Abraxas e-mail system, thereby subjecting every American agent working for the CIA to possible public disclosure.
All the non-official cover CIA employees stationed stateside -- allegedly complicit with the illegal activity, rendition, and prisoner abueses in Eastern Europe -- may lawfully be added to the court filings and open records.
Abraxas CIA Network
War crimes prosecutors can also remotely monitor the DC-Virginia area information systems. Cox Communications, is allegedly one of the ISP and service providers acts as one of the internal hubs for the CIA employee communications, and tangential to the Abraxas communication pipeline for agent placement. It makes issuing a Congressional or prosecutor's subpoena easier when there is a single ISP sending/receiving the e-mail.
The CIA non offical cover (NOC) agent's errors are compounded when they consitently send e-mails to the same personnel wthin the same network; fail to use other e-mail systems or computers to cloak their activity; and open and close e-mails using non-secure systems. Unfortunately, they fail to comprehend the firewalls are not as strong as they had hoped.
The alleged Abraxas and CIA NOC misconduct shows a poor sense of information security which the prosecutors are likely to exploit, and the Congressional committees on the intelligence and armed services committees will likely wish to explore.
What You Can Do
Share the information you have related to Abraxas IP data, or other Abraxas e-mail information you have with the War Crimes Proseuctors.
Issue: The Americans are not cooperating with the Extradition.
Approach: Here is the contact information, place of work, of the Italian prosecutor working on the reported extradition, including his CV and biographical information.
Here are the other prosecutors in Milan: Look for, "Procuratori Aggiunti della Repubblica" to find Mr Spataro's associates in the Milan Office.
Methodology To Find Names
Ref: The names in Deloitte& Touche, personnel in Germany, and the overseas IT contractor in India working for Abraxas, listed at the link, can be traced into the Abraxas IP, e-mail, and contracting databases.
To prepare the subpoenas, please do a GCHQ overlap sweep between all Cox communications IPs in this block; their associations with Abraxas; and all message traffic going into Italy, and Germany.

Abraxas Linked With NATO
Each of the Above and Below Identifies Cross-link with NATO STANDARDIZATION AGREEMENT [STANAG], which are special orders which Abraxas and the CIA support; and communications go in and out of Brussels/NATO HQ with this identifying information.
Each of the STANAG's can be forward and backwards linked and cross referenced with DoD, NARUS, and the fiber optic subcontractors linked with the DoD/NAVY, AT&T, Verizon, MIT, and the Department of Justice. [ Connections ]
If Abraxas personnel are not interested in cooperating or assisting extradition efforts, you can remind them that their CFO, formerly with the State Department Embassy Communications, who well knows about the Terremark-support, permitting the Fiber Optic system stateside to be tapped in Florida. Terremark is an SEC-registered company; and indirectly associated with US Army/DoD, MIT, and NARUS through the fiber optic splicing program.
Sites Abraxas Has Shown Interest
If you would like a sample of the websites that Abraxas visits, you can visit these websites, and find the personnel working for the CIA, and hitting the same sites.
A. Dan Appleton Interaction Series, which is indirectly associated with the DoDAF, formerly known as C4ISR: Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance, which is linked with the Federal Communications Systems in Virginia, and the NSA.

Bottom Line
If the Americans do not want to cooperate with a lawful extradition of the 28 CIA agents who have been implicated with the illegal rendition in Italy, the Americans know full well every American agent placed by Abraxas -- or might be listed on any e-mail, or any other information associated with the above IP numbers -- could be lawfully subpoenaed by the Italian prosecutors.
A failure of the US government to assent to the rule of law on 28 alleged war criminals may potentially put the lives of thousands at risk. This is a grave attack on the integrity and trust the American people have entrusted.
There is a problem--the entire world knows: You have failed in your solemn duty to protect the Constitution; and your alleged recklessness has put at risk countless thousands who entrusted their safety to you. You have brough discredit upon yourselves, your service, and your so called commitment to the American people. They fully know what you have done, failed to do, and are in a position to lawfully do something about it: [Project Clambake has started: These lawful options have been implemented.]
Either the 28 CIA agents are provided to the Italians; or the Italians and other war crimes prosecutors have the lawful authority to target the Abraxas E-mail, and the larger alleged conspiracy of CIA personnel linked to the Abraxas E-mails, and the E-mail systems through Florida.
The Americans have to decide whether they want to cooperate with a war crimes indictment for just 28; or possibly subject a wider number of Abraxas personnel, and other CIA agents to prosecution by another country.
The longer the Americans delay, the more legal foundation the prosecutors have to expand the alleged conspiracy, and target the personnel inside Abraxas and the CIA Directorate of Support for lawful prosecution under the War Crimes Statutes.
This is what is happening against United States personnel.
