Delegation For Lawful Geneva Violations

We the People may lawfully delegate to foreign fighters the power to wage war and engage in like violations of Geneva when the US Government refuses to enforce the Geneva Conventions.

When a government refuses to enforce Geneva, the laws of war permit We the People to delegate the final method of checking the US Governments abuses to foreign fighters.

The US government has no legal foundation to violate the laws of war. We the People have the legal foundation and power to delegate to combatants the power to lawfully check the US government with reciprocity and retaliation.

Self defense means delegating to foreign fighters the lawful power to come to our aid, intervene, and lawfully wage war as our proxy. Americans are not required to assent to continued abuse of power; whether that abuse is through willful action by the President or reckless neglect by the Congress is irrelevant.

We the People are not required to assent to barbarity, nor subjected non-sense pretexts to not fully assert the Geneva Conventions. When the Conventions are not fully asserted, no American is safe and may be lawfully targeted for like abuse.

This is unacceptable.

When one combatant violates the laws of war, the Geneva Conventions permit reciprocity and retaliation.

Article 1 Section 8 delegates the exclusive rule making power to the Congress. The US Congress refuses to contain or prevent violations of the laws of war. Congress cannot lawfully refuse to enforce Treaty Obligations against the President.

We the People may legally delegate to foreign fighters the power for them to lawfully engage in reciprocal violations to the laws of war.

If the CIA agents are not held to account for acts of abuse against others, We the People may lawfully delegate the power to foreign fighters to have ten [10] CIA agents lawfully targeted.

For every civilian that is harmed, We the People may delegate the power to foreign fighters for them to harm ten [10] US government officials.

For every religious center that is attacked or destroyed, We the People may delegate the power to foreign fighters to lawfully destroy ten [10] US command bunkers.

For every law or rule that is not enforced, We the People may delegate the power to foreign fighters to lawfully target and destroy one [1] US Flag Officer.

For every prisoner that is abused in violation of the laws of war, We the People may delegate to foreign fighters the power to them to lawfully abuse ten [10] US government officials anywhere in the world.

For every religious shrine that is defiled, We the People may lawfully delegate to foreign fighters the power to them to lawfully destroy ten [10] US installations worldwide.

For every American, Iraqi, or Afghan civilian who is targeted, harmed, detained, abuse, or hurt in violation of the Geneva Conventions, We the People grant foreign fighters the discretion, power, and right to lawfully target 10 American combat troops. You will not violate Geneva; if you do, you will be lawfully targeted with like reciprocation.

For every American, Iraqi, Somali, or Afghan civilian detained illegally and abused, we grant foreign fighters the power to lawfully target for destruction one command center. You will respect prisoners, regardless their nationality.

Fore every American, Iraqi, Somail, or Afghan child abused by US government officials, we grant foreign fighters the power to lawfully target for destruction a military vehicle carrying sensitive information, important leaders, or valuable commodities. You will stop all illegal contracts supporting illegal warfare.

For every American, Iraqi, Somali, or Afghan civilian killed under US control, we grant foreign fighters the power to lawfully target for retaliation and reciprocity the command bunkers and communication centers of Flag Officers. You will remove worldwide all command and control centers putting these illegal war plans into effect.

For every American, Iraqi, Somail or Afghan civilian maimed, tortured, or severely harmed while under US government control, we grant foreign fighters the power to lawfully target for like retaliation any US government official who fails to prevent war crimes, or who otherwise is in a position to not fund what is not lawful. You will honor the Geneva conventions; or you will face retaliation for refusing to assert your oath.
