Rice Shows Signs of Mental Disorder

Update: Iran agrees.

Secretary or State Rice has taken a turn for the worse. It appears her mental condition continues to degenerate.

Following a medical exam, it remains unclear whether she will remain competent to stand trial for war crimes in Iraq.

Click The US is hypocritical in demanding anything.

Iran is not required to comply with the US demands. Iran is allowed to develop commercial nuclear power.

Rather, the UN should look into the US violation of the NPT and the continued illegal weapons development. When will the UN Security Council impose sanctions on the United States for violating treaties?

Just as we saw on the eve of America's illegal invasion of Iraq, we see more of the White House and State Department.

Secretary of State Rice, the war criminal behind the 9-11 cover-up and worked to illegally invade Iraq, is behind the next phase of the illegal American expansionism.

Rice appeared before the UN and made statements that would best be applied to the Untied States.

Here's the true version -- not -- repeat NOT what Rice actually said -- which has been doctored:

Note: this is the Reuters Article [listed below, at end for reference] which has been reworded/changed/plagiarized to more accurately reflect what is really going on with the US war crimes, and Secretary of State's delusional state:

The United Nations Security Council must be ready to take action on the United States over any failure to comply with international demands to curb its nuclear ambitions.

Speaking at a meeting of NATO foreign ministers in Sofia, mentally unstable Rice said it was "highly unlikely" that the United States would comply with international obligations."

"It goes without saying that the United States believes that in order to be credible the U.N. Security Council of course has to act against the United States," delusional Rice told a news conference before a session of talks in which NATO allies were due to discuss possible steps.

Let's discuss.

First, the UN has already been used as a phony "last step which failed, so we must act"-argument over Iraq. The US is simply creating a phony chain of events -- as it did with Iraq -- to then say, "Hay we really tried, so let's invade." It's absurd -- but not surprising given the inept Senator Roberts who stonewalls Phase II -- why the US continues the same bungling in Iran as it did with Iran.

Second, the US is in violation of the NPT treaty with its nuclear development. It's absurd for the US to preach to anyone about "obligations" when the US openly defies the rule of law at home and violates treaties.

Third, the Iranians are permitted to develop commercial nuclear power. The US has failed to make any case that there is anything else going on. Rather, the US relies on absurd assertions. The real problem is the world refuses to rebuke the US absurdity.

Fourth, the Secretary of State's comments are no different than the non-sense we heard on the eve of the Iraq invasion. Again, why is the world acting as it did in 2002, and simply going along with the absurdity? Funding need to be shut off immediately; and Senators who do not shut off funding for illegal programs should be found under the 14th Amendment to be in rebellion against the US Constitution, and the US treaty obligations which they took an oath to support.

Fifth, any assertion that the "UN to be relevant must act" is absurd. Action is not the same as prudence. The US is simply doing what it did in 2002 and making everyone else jump through hoops. This is absurd. The US has failed to make the case. Rather, it's using the same playbook from the reckless PNAC organization which openly supports war crimes. It is illegal to rely on the "results of previous war crimes over Iraq" as a "precedent" for what should or should not happen in Iran.

Secretary of State Rice is a war criminal. She was in a position to advice the President, and failed to remove herself from an illegal conspiracy.

She is delusional. She believes that the US treaty obligations do not apply to the US. This is absurd.

Rice fails to make any case that the Iranian efforts are illegal or not permitted. Rather she relies on a delusional statement that Iran "must" comply with some absurd requirement. This standard should be applied to the US.

Rice fails to make any case as to why the UN Security Council must do anything. Rather, her argument is merely an assertion without any substance, support, or evidence.

Rice fails to discuss what the action might be, why it is lawful, or why it is needed, or why the timetable she refers to is reasonable, sound, or appropriate.

Rice fails to explain why the standards which she thinks apply to Iran should not apply to the US.

Rice fails to make any case that the "demands" are based on anything other than non-sense that we saw on the eve of the US invasion of Iraq.

Rice fails to make any case that Iran must curb its commercial nuclear development program.

Rice fails to explain why Vice President Cheney supported Iran's nuclear development in the 1970s.

Rice fails to explain why the US ambition for domination has not been curbed.

Rice fails to explain why NATO has any role in Iran.

Rice fails to justify why any "demand" that Iran do or not do something are reasonable, should be respected, are lawful, binding, or mean anything.

Rice fails to link the "proposed action" with any timetable for action.

Rice fails to justify why the "credibility of the UN security council" is or is not an issue; nor why the UN Should or should not do something based on factors which the US fails to apply to itself.

Rice's argument makes sweeping assumptions, is not credible, and completely disconnected from reality.

In our judgment Rice should be committed to a mental institution, and examined to see if she suffers from what appears to be a spreading mental disorder. She is delusional, disconnected from reality, and incapable of making rational statements.

Once a medical team examines her and finds that she is mentally competent, she should then be put on trial for war crimes for her active involvement in the illegal invasion of Iraq, and her close advise to the President in covering up the US government involvement, planning, and knowledge of the 9-11 events. The details of the planning and operations are on NSA and GCHQ intercepts. The information can be found in the July and August 2001 archives.

There are backups which remain outside the American control.

SOFIA (Reuters) - The United Nations Security Council must be ready to take action on Iran over any failure to comply with international demands to curb its nuclear ambitions, U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice said on Thursday.
