Civilian contractors supervising army combat troops

The solution to the draft? Hire the same civilians running Abu Ghraib.Remember the Abu Ghraib incidents? One of the findings was that civilian contractors were inapproriately directing military personnel to violate the laws of war.

DoD, in it's effort to snub their nose at the findings, is now issuing employment contracts for civilian combat supervisors.

The civilians will now be in a charge of front-line security details.

There was a whitewash in holding anyone accountable at Abu Ghraib. What's going to keep the civilians accountable to the laws of war?

They do apply, regardless the Army's manning problems and the deteriorating [read ="Excuse to blame stress"] situation.
