Abolishing the US Government

The United States Government should be abolished. It is lawful to discuss abolishing a government that refuses to respect its international commitments, and actively engages in war crimes, and otherwise does nothing to stop illegal war crimes.

The United States Government must lawfully be abolished and replaced with a system of governance that better protects the Constitution, respects rights, and prevents the abuse of power. This government has failed and can no longer lawfully be recognized as legitimate. A new government may lawfully, peacefully be created with a new Constitution.

It is permissible to abolish any government that is illegitimate and unresponsive to its agreements.

We hold these truths to be self evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. Summary Reasons For Lawfully Abolishing US Government

Unresponsive to rule of law;

Failing to enforce and protect the Supreme Law in the Constitution, as is otherwise required with a republican form of government;

Failure of individuals to engage in oversight;

Endorsing unconstitutional executive conduct;

Meaningless oaths whose violations of the oath are not adequately enforced;

Illegally proposing legislation affecting ongoing litigation, illegally permitting one branch of government to exercise another branch of government’s power;

Untimely, retroactive efforts to immunize itself for illegal conduct;

Failure to prevent violations of the Supreme Law and laws of war;

Funds spent for unlawful wars, despite requirements to prevent money from being spent on illegal things;

Failure to comply with treaties;

Defective oversight and screening of legal experts;

Legal experts' activity defies Constitution, but rewarded;

Ongoing legislative debates over the Constitution as if the document itself were a debatable point. The power of Constitutional review is a sole power belonging only to the Judicial Branch.

The United States Government refuses to freely cooperate with the rule of law. Despite combat losses and defeats on the battlefield, the American government and individual Members of Congress and the Executive Branch have failed.

Rather than removes themselves from the political stage, the alleged war criminals in the United States propose to broaden their illegal war. These have been grave breaches of Geneva committed against American and international civilians.

This cannot happen again. It is time the American public peacefully discuss abolishing this American government, and replace it with one that is responsive to the rule of law, and better separates power so it cannot be abused.
