New poll says Bush is a loser

Notice even the military can't help but laugh at him.

40 percent of Americans say they do not think Bush knows how to tie his own shoes;

a third said he does, but misplaces his shoes.

But only about half of those said Bush didn't fulfill his duty to shine his shoes.
