This one may stir something up. The 109th Congress is still in power until January. ( h/t )

Let's see what the DNC and GOP do, and hold them to what they refuse to do: Assert their oaths.

It's time to get the Congress on record:

- Do they confront the legal issues
- What excuses do they give to do nothing
- How do other supporters of impeachment vote on this resolution/bill

Nuremburg did lawfully execute civilians when they failed to ensure the laws, treaties, and legal obligations were protected.

Whatever either the DNC or GOP say in 2006-2007 as an excuse to do nothing on Presidential accountability -- that's evidence to hold against them in the 2008 election: Whether they are or are not fit for government or the White House.

All of them are on probation, and the foreign war crimes prosecutors can use the action-inaction as evidence/basis to take action where the US Congress refuses to do what it should: Assert the rule of law against a war criminal.
