Katrina: IEM backdating website?

IEM is the contractor assigned the job of coordinating FEMA responses in Louisiana.

We did some checking on the websites, and compared screen shots. Something is weird.

This article from 2004 showed up:
IEM Team to Develop Catastrophic Hurricane Disaster Plan for New Orleans & Southeast Louisiana (June 3, 2004)
But if you look closely, the announcement wasn't on the screen shot [Hat tip: Lenin's Tomb] or in the archive: Notice there are no updates to the wayback after May 2004, one month prior to this article.

Is IEM pumping out some backdating, ala 1984?
