Boston: Nothing happened, so "they must be saving themsleves"

First the argument was that there was the threat of terrorism. Then the argument shifted to "there might be something in the future."

Now the argument jumps to a new level of absurdity. "Even though we haven't seen anything, we know they're out there; and because they're out there, and we haven't seen them, they must be saving themselves."

This is utter non-sense. They're using the "lack of evidence or anything admisstible to a court" as "evidence."

Mind you, we're not talking about Nazi Germany in the 1930s. We're talking about the misconduct and abusive police practices in the United States.
