Acoustic devices: It is not in the intersts of "public safety" to damage the eardrums of those who are exercising their rights to dissent

Public safety isn't just about "safety of the officers" but it is about the preservation of civil liberties.

The courts have already stated that the right to dissent is to be protected. It remains unclear why this government is to be believed when it uses acoustic devices to "protect public safety." Messages cannot be given to demonstrators when their ear drums no longer function.

If we truly want to have "public safety" there nees to be a review of the constitution and the right of the people to peacably assemble.
