Remarks to US Combatant Commanders

US Combatant and subordinate commanders need to be approached, seeking their positions on where they stand on the US COnstution; and which side the plan to take.

Combatant commanders need to be surveyed where they plan to position their troops, and how they would respond during a coup. It is uncertain where their loyalties would rise in if there was a domestic dispute between the existing Constitution; and a new form of government.
