45 Minutes: What got left out, why it got attention in the Hutton Inquiry

That 45-number didn't include many steps. It is only at the very end of the activity.

If you would like to read more about where this number came from, read this page: pages 19-20 of 33. It is Dr Kelly's discussion on what steps he left out.

In reality, the 45-minute number has a minor position in the sham-dossier. The 45-minute number was a ruse by MI6 to focus attention on BBC, shut down the debate about WMD. It fits in with Bolton's pressure on the Brazilian to get him fired.

BTW: British Government trained the inspectors on WMD-searches. Funding can be traced through routing numbers from British FCO to Salsbury, UK where the training occurred.

Meaning: When the US attempted to discredit the UN WMD-inspectors, they were actually discrediting the UK-training. LOL

Summary

The Hutton Inquiry focused on the 45-minute number because this was part of the diversion from the overall weak defenses against allegations of war crimes against the US and UK.

The 45 minute number left out many steps.
