We leave it to the Grand Jury to decide whether it warrants a broader review, and which specific names within the e-mail you may wish to subpoena during your investigation.
What is the reason for the concern?
What prompted the e-mail?
What is the relationship between the Bancroft employee, the DOJ Staff, and the recipient?
Was there some sort of alarm and concern?
Did the employee at the firm not realize that the e-mail had been compromised lawfully using methods which the NSA cannot detect?
How does it feel to have your personal information and private communications monitored and discussed?
Does it feel enjoyable to know that the Grand Jury could spend quite a bit of time reviewing this e-mail and contemplating its contents?
Did you have a reason for discussing the information at this time; or could it not wait until you met at a "more convenient" time where you would not have your communication monitored?
Do you like being watched?
Does it give you pleasure to know that your communication is being sifted through, mined, and explored by personnel which the NSA cannot control?
Do you understand that this man could read this link?
Do you think David should know?
