Nebraska: Why do their officers like to pretend to be Feds?

Remember those two officers who intimidated a leader at the ACLU over a film. One allegedly said he was an FBI agent.

Guess what. Nebraska has a prolem with officers pretending to be Federal Agents. This is the second time. Look back at 2001. Officer posed as an INS agent and severely hurt someone.
