EU: Taking responsibility for failures in Africa?
Ref: It's all well and good for the EU to attempt to solve its immigration problem.
The problem arises when an African problem is taken on board in Europe.
Indeed, there are too many immigrants.
But the problem isn't one for only Europe to either address or reject.
Another perspective asks us to to simply work directly with the target countries to create more robust economic development.
Success should not hinge on whether camps can be established in Northern Africa.
Success hinges on whether the EU can create a viable export market in Africa, and solve two problems with one common vision.
