Slavery: It still exists in America, and the prisons reward it

Prison officials target prisoners. They encourage violence. Slavery, it may be unconstitutional but why let the constitution stop the jailers. How often do corrupt and ineffective government officials lie to supervisors to avoid prison because they know what really goes on inside prisons?

The closer they are to the American justice system, the more they will lie.
