China's official art website has no pictures

Compare both these websites: Montreal with China's One uses pictures to show, the other uses words to describe. Which one are you more interested in vising?. Even Stockholm has pictures of Paris; what gives China?

A few samples would be nice. Kind of like sending a blank post card--why bother?
