How this fighter pilot solves problems

He delegates.

He does not like meetings.

He does not like to read.

He does not like to take notes.

He delegates to others who are poorly led. Poorly disciplined.

He will do nothing if others are abused.

He does nothing when those he "protects" are theatened.

He asks for priviledges, yet he threatens those who pay his fuel bill.

He fights in battle for rights, yet he denies the public those rights.

He does nothing about the abuses.

He simply uses a hevay hand on those who had nothing to do with 9-11: The people.

His inaction. His failure to read. His failure to plan.

And those who pay his bill are stuck with the legacy.
