American leadership in the Judicial Branch: Where are you?
Court administrators. It is time for you to focus. Think about integrity. That means ensuring your statements are reliable.
If you support public oversight, then say so.
If you want checks and balances, then welcome it.
It is disturbing when you say one thing, but practice something else.
The Supreme Court need not be silent. They are the real leaders of America's courts. Where were they in calling for better checks and balances bewteen the Congress and Executive? They were silent. They had the chance to testify.
We have the right to a speedy trial, not have the evidence hidden in the FBI I-drives. We need not hear excuses to have evidence suppressed.
All the evidence, not just what the fighter pilot agrees is "OK".
